EA's edition FAQ says FC 27 Lite becomes available September 25 at 16:00 UTC for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, EA App, Steam and Epic Games Store.
What Lite includes
EA describes Lite as a limited preview and specifically mentions select modes such as Kick-Off. That wording means Lite should not be treated as a free version of the complete FC 27 experience.
Upgrade path
EA says Lite users have the opportunity to upgrade. Check the in-game or store flow for the current upgrade terms and whether any progress carries over, rather than relying on assumptions from older FC releases.
Who is FC 27 Lite for?

Switch note
EA lists Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 for the full paid game, but the Lite platform list in the FAQ does not include them. Treat those as separate platform lists unless EA publishes an update.
